HJI Host strives to provide the best customer service possible. For that reason we have a few different ways you can contact us.
  1. Contact Phone Support
HJI Host offers FREE phone support to all of our Business and Reseller plan customers. Sadly at this time we cannot offer free phone support to our Starter or Economy package customers.

If you are have a Starter or Economy package with us, you have the option to purchase phone support for $10/Year.

Phone Support is available Monday - Friday during our normal business hours of 9am - 5pm est. All calls outside of normal business hours will be directed to the voicemail for the department you are trying to reach.

Please be sure to have your domain name and order number ready to give the operator.
  2. Live Help
During our normal business hours we also offer free live chat help to all of our customers. In order to access our live help system, click the image below.

  3. Open A Support Ticket
In the HJI Host ClientZone, you have the option of opening a support ticket to our Support and Billing departments. While most tickets are generally responded to within 2 - 3 hours, there may be times when it may take up to 24 hours for us to respond. This depends on the number of open tickets we have from our customers, and the complexity of your ticket. We will work to respond to all support tickets in a timely manner.

To open a support ticket, you must first register an account in our ClientZone. If you have not done so yet, please click HERE


Once you have created an account click Submit ticket on the portal home.
We also offer live MSN support. If you have MSN, add us at msnsupport@hjihost.com
4. Knowledgebase
Be sure before submitting a support ticket or requesting live help, you have checked the Knowledgebase that can be located within the ClientZone.
